It is not easy to locate the lounge especially after dark, but we managed to ask around the friendly shop owners at Nakameguro with our printed map, and they gladly pointed us to the right direction. The surrounding neighbourhood is very nice and quiet,  and you'd find a few interesting shops & boutiques along the way.  And when you are done with your cocktails at Kinfolk Lounge,  you can walk a little bit further up to visit F.I.G. Bike Daikanyama at Shibuya for more bike culture poison!!!

Here's F.I.G Bike's address :

F.I.G. Daikanyama

: Ebisu-Nishi 1-33-25, Shibuya-ku, tel. 03 5456 7701, Tues - Thurs 12-9pm,
closest station : Daikanyama.

FIG Bike shopfront photos as featured on their website.
Look out for the lounge located on the second floor,  you will spot the bikes first.
You'd be greeted by John Beullens (one of the co-founders of Kinfolk) at the lounge.
Bikes bikes everywhere...
Just outside the lounge,  a local commuter bike in local style!
One of the few interesting boutiques dotted along the quiet and beautiful neighbourhood.

During a recent road trip,  we spotted an original old Japanese steel bike from the 70s, called Rilcycle, and added it to our collection. It's in an amazing brand new condition and all the parts are made in Japan, including original Shimano high-flange hubs.

The bike in mint & green condition.

Old grips with reflectors and original classic bell.

Shimano PPS II gear system.

Original chrome front rack, beautiful!!

Old dynamo headlights can be added,  these lights are ours.
